I have been participating in the Swagbucks website for fifteen months and have over the entire period been systematically screwed out of over $100 {10,000 Swagbucks} because of the Peanut Labs part of their Survey section. Swagbucks uses the fact Peanut Labs is responsible for not paying and not Swagbucks as their excuse when you do complain about successfully completing offers and surveys and are often not paid for their completion.

Why then is Swagbucks allowing them to be a sub-section of their website if that is true? When you complain to Peanut Labs they reply that it's take it or leave it and practically call you a liar because you dare to complain! When you then follow-up with Swagbucks they require you to jump through difficult hoops to jump through and then when you do they "play dumb"and say they're unable to retrieve the information that they told you to send in the first place. I know Swagbucks is paid by Peanut Labs for allowing them to appear with ads on Swagbucks website so why is Swagbucks so detached from responsibility for paying me my promised Swagbucks for completing offers and surveys required in the Peanut Labs part of Swagbucks Survey section of their website!?

I don't feel they are but they continue month after month to do this. Peanut Labs doesn't always *** out of points but when they do Swagbucks as their authoring website doesn't have the user's back and allows rip-offs to continue. I'm positive I'm not the only one this is happening to, I'd bet my life on it.

The software they use is so faulty that by design I'm sure that many people are being screwed daily after successfully completing offers and surveys but not receiving proper compensation for their efforts. I strongly recommend people steering clear of the website or at least not participating in the Peanut Labs part of their Survey section of the website if you feel you just have to try the Swagbucks website on for size!!

Swagbucks is right that Peanut Labs is responsible for crediting offers. Swagbucks has no control over the offers that Peanut Labs shows.

If Swagbucks could credit things, they would.

If something you do doesn't credit, simply move on and re-attempt it and/or change the methods (such as using a new browser, going slower, etc). You should switch to a site such as www.instaGC.com that has the same tasks as Swagbucks but pays you more for them.
