Swagbucks - Worst Customer Service EVER!
I signed up for Swagbucks because a friend referred me. I earned 4400 + Swagbucks and tried to redeem them for a PayPal card.
I was told I had to wait on a pin. Waited for the pin. It didn't work. I have emailed the company repeatedly to get a new pin number and verify my account but then was locked out and can't get in account and the company won't send a link to reset my password.
I have emailed them, (no reply) IG'd them, FB'd them, called them (phone just hangs up) and Tweeted them and NOTHING! I am so frustrated because I want to redeem the points I earned and Swagbucks keeps sending promotional emails stating I'm at risk of losing all of my points.
I think they are waiting for the points to expire before helping me so they don't have to pay me. smdh
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $44.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
